This page identifies the operator of https://bright-room.comas required by Art. 3(1)(s) of the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG), Art. 5 of EU Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, and — where the Service is directed at users in Germany — the German Digital Services Act (DDG) §5.
Operator
Brightroom is a trade name. The Service is operated by a Swiss sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) with its registered seat (Sitz) in St.Gallen, Switzerland:
Brightroom
Operated by Nicola Seiler and Joel Schleuniger
Rosenbergstrasse 4
9000 St.Gallen
Switzerland
Legal form: Sole proprietorship (registration pending). Registered seat (Sitz): St.Gallen, Switzerland.
Nicola Seiler is the proprietor of the sole proprietorship; Joel Schleuniger is the co-founder and co-operator of the Service. The registered legal/firm name, the legal form, and the allocation of contractual responsibility between the operators are being finalised and will be stated here in full once the entity is registered.
Brightroom is currently operated as a Swiss sole proprietorship based in St.Gallen. Registration details (UID), the VAT number, and — where required — an EU representative are being finalised and will be published here.

We can be reached rapidly and directly by email. We aim to respond to general and contractual enquiries within two business days.
General enquiries: hello@bright-room.com
Support: support@bright-room.com
Privacy & data-protection requests: privacy@bright-room.com
Legal, abuse & IP notices: legal@bright-room.com
A telephone number is not yet published; until one is, the email addresses above are monitored and serve as the rapid, direct contact channels required under Art. 5(1)(c) of Directive 2000/31/EC. Account data export and erasure are self-service from your Account settings.
Commercial register
Swiss business identification number (UID): CHE-XXX.XXX.XXX
The operator is not yet entered in the Swiss commercial register (Handelsregister). A sole proprietorship must be registered once its annual turnover reaches CHF 100,000; the UID shown above is a placeholder and will be replaced with the real number once registration is completed.
VAT
VAT identification number: CHE-XXX.XXX.XXX MWST
The operator is not yet registered for value-added tax. This does not assert that no VAT obligation can arise: Swiss VAT (MWST) registration becomes mandatory once worldwide turnover reaches CHF 100,000, and separate VAT or one-stop-shop (OSS) registrations may be required for business-to-consumer digital services supplied to the EU or the United Kingdom, where the place of supply follows the customer’s location. Any VAT identification number obtained in a relevant jurisdiction will be displayed here, as required by Art. 5(1)(g) of Directive 2000/31/EC.
EU representative (Art. 27 GDPR)
Because the operator is established in Switzerland — a country outside the EU/EEA — and offers the Service to data subjects in the European Union, a representative in the Union under Art. 27 GDPR is being appointed: EU Art. 27 representative — being appointed. A representative under Art. 27 UK GDPR will be appointed on the same basis where users in the United Kingdom are material. The operator does not act as its own representative; the appointed representative’s name and address will be published here and in the Privacy Policy once designated.

Reporting illegal content or IP infringement
To report content on this site that you believe is illegal or that infringes your rights, email legal@bright-room.com. To let us act, please include: the exact URL or other identifier of the content; an explanation of why it is illegal or infringing (for copyright, identify the protected work); your name and contact details; and a good-faith statement that your report is accurate. Liability for content and links
We prepare the content of this website with care but do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, or current. The Service hosts limited user-generated content (for example referral codes and account notes). Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Art. 6, a hosting provider is not liable for content stored at a user’s request provided it has no actual knowledge of illegality and acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to such content once it obtains knowledge. Switzerland has no general statutory hosting safe-harbour; the operator is responsible under ordinary Swiss civil and criminal law for its own content and acts on notices of unlawful third-party content as described above.
Where this website links to external sites, those sites’ content is the responsibility of their operators; we have no control over it and do not adopt it as our own. If we become aware that linked content is unlawful, we will remove the link without undue delay.
Consumer dispute resolution
The operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers resident in the EU or the United Kingdom keep their mandatory consumer rights and may, where available, refer a dispute to a national consumer mediation or conciliation body in their country of residence.
