Full conditions in the Guarantee Terms.The guarantee runs on what your dashboard already records, plus one email with your official score report. No separate enrollment, no hidden conditions: just the milestones below and the terms they point to.
The guarantee is built into every Ultra plan; there is nothing to opt into. Complete the core Library, sit at least three full-length GMAT Focus simulations inside the platform, and answer 600+ practice questions across Quant, Verbal and Data Insights. Your dashboard records every milestone — there is nothing extra to log by hand.
Take the official, GMAC-administered GMAT Focus Edition on a test date that falls within your six-month Ultra access term. You sit the exam through GMAC like everyone else; our role is to get you ready, not to administer it.
If your official total comes in below 715, email your official GMAC score report to legal@bright-room.com (or support@bright-room.com) from your account address, within 30 days of your test date. The official report — name, test date and total score — is what we verify against. A practice result or screenshot is not sufficient.
This is a manual review carried out by us — not an automatic billing event. We confirm receipt, check your account activity against the conditions, and if your claim qualifies we add six more months of Ultra access at no charge, normally within 14 days of verifying it. The remedy is additional access, not a cash refund.
The 715 floor is referenced to the GMAT Focus Edition (205–805 scale) and is verified against your official, GMAC-administered score report — not a self-reported or practice result.
